Frosted Cyrtandra (Cyrtandra pruinosa)

The Frosted Cyrtandra is apparently known only from one collection that was made in 1933 off the ‘Aiea trail in the Ko’olau Mountains of O’ahu, Hawaiian Islands.

The species is now considered probably extinct. [1]
