Litsembu Hairbell (Dierama elatum)
This species was described in 1929; it is known only from the type that was collected in 1910; it apparently is endemic to a small area in Eswatini (Swaziland), but appears to be extinct there.

The species might still exist in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, but that is doubtful.
