Euplacostylus koroensis (Garrett)

Koro Flax Snail (Euplacostylus koroensis)

The Koro Flax snail was described in 1872; it was restricted to the island of Koro in the Fiji archipelago.

The shells reach heights of about 5.3 cm.

The species appears to have not been recorded in recent times and is thought to be extinct.
